Common questions.
If your question is not here, email us. A real person answers, and we would rather talk you out of the wrong product than process a return.
No. A brace supports a joint and can limit unwanted movement while your dog uses the leg. It does not repair a torn ligament. Whether surgery, conservative management or a brace is right is a conversation for your vet.
Most manufacturers give a daily wear window rather than all day use, and skin should be checked at every removal. Follow the instructions supplied with the product and any guidance from your vet or rehab professional.
Usually not. Braces are generally removed for rest and overnight so the skin can recover. The product page states the intended wear pattern for each item.
Send us the measurements rather than rounding. Between sizes is the single most common cause of returns, and it is usually resolvable with the right model rather than the next size up.
Not sure what fits?
Send us three measurements and we will confirm the size before you order. It is free, and it takes about a minute.
