No. A brace supports a joint and can limit unwanted movement while your dog uses the leg. It does not repair a torn ligament. Whether surgery, conservative management or a brace is right is a conversation for your vet.
Most manufacturers give a daily wear window rather than all day use, and skin should be checked at every removal. Follow the instructions supplied with the product and any guidance from your vet or rehab professional.
