Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of thepetmobilitystore.com and any order you place with The Pet Mobility Store trading as The Pet Mobility Store. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order.

Products and descriptions

We work to describe products accurately, including sizing, materials and what is included. Colours can vary between screens and specifications may change where a manufacturer updates a product. Where a change is material we will tell you before shipping.

Not veterinary advice

All content on this site, including guides, product descriptions, sizing tools and any recommendation produced by our fit finder, is general product guidance. It is not veterinary advice, it cannot diagnose any condition, and it is not a substitute for assessment by a licensed veterinarian or a qualified canine rehabilitation professional.

You should consult a veterinarian before using mobility equipment, particularly where your dog's movement has changed recently, where there may be pain, or where a condition has not been diagnosed. You are responsible for supervising your dog's use of any product purchased from us.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where stock is unavailable, where information was displayed in error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and returns are covered by our returns and refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, layout, graphics and code, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Do not scrape, republish or resell our content
• Do not submit false, misleading or infringing content, including in reviews

User submitted content

Where you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm it is your own, truthful, and that you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free licence to display and use it in connection with the business. We may decline or remove content that is misleading, offensive or infringing.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Product warranties, where offered, are set out in our returns and refunds policy and are not affected by this section.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under the law of your own state or country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
