Statement
Accessibility statement.
Our commitment to making this site usable by as many people as possible, and how to tell us when we fall short.
Last updated: August 2026
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. Many of our customers are managing a difficult situation, and a site that is hard to use makes that worse.
Standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat this as an ongoing commitment rather than a one time project, and we test as we build rather than afterwards.
What we do
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading order and landmark regions
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
- Keyboard access to all interactive elements, including filters, accordions and the fit finder
- Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds for text and interface elements
- Support for the reduced motion browser setting, which turns off animation
- Form fields with visible, associated labels and clear error messages
- Layouts that reflow and remain usable at 200 percent zoom and on small screens
Known limitations
We are honest about where we are not there yet. Current known issues: [LIST ANY KNOWN ISSUES, for example third party review widgets or embedded video controls that we do not fully control]. We are working with those providers to improve them.
Third party content
Some parts of the site rely on third party services such as payment processing and reviews. We choose accessible providers where we can, but we do not control their code entirely.
