Orders
Track your order.
Every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Here is where to find it, what each stage means, and what to do when it stops moving.
Find your tracking link
There are two places it lives, and no order number is needed for either.
- Your shipping confirmation email Subject line begins "Your order is on the way". The tracking button in that email goes straight to the carrier. Search your inbox, and your spam folder, for our store name.
- Your account No password needed. Enter the email address you used at checkout and Shopify sends you a six digit code. Every order you have placed with that address is listed there, with live tracking on each one.
Checked out as a guest? Sign in with the same email address anyway. Orders placed with that address appear automatically, no account creation needed. If nothing shows up, email us and we will look it up by name and address.
Search your inbox for an email from us with the subject line beginning "Order confirmed". If you checked out as a guest, that email is the only copy.
Items come from more than one supplier. When that happens each parcel is tracked separately and they can arrive on different days.
Estimated windows are shown on each product page and again at checkout. Full detail is on our delivery information page.
Email us with your order number and we will find it. We would rather you asked than waited.

Delivery questions
Where is my order?
The four questions we are asked most often about orders in transit.
Tracking is issued when the carrier scans the parcel, not when the order is placed, so there is usually a gap of a day or two. If it has been longer than the window on your confirmation email, contact us with your order number.
Scans can stall while a parcel is in transit between depots, and that on its own is not a lost parcel. If there has been no movement for several working days, get in touch and we will chase the carrier from our end.
Orders containing items from more than one supplier can ship separately and arrive on different days. Each shipment gets its own tracking number.
Check any safe place noted by the driver and with neighbours first, since most parcels turn up within a day. If it does not, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Something not right with your order?
Tell us the order number and what has gone wrong. We would rather fix it early than have you wait and hope.
