Our Mission

Make it easy to find the right support.

One sentence. Every decision in this business gets measured against it.

The measure

More good days.

That is the whole thing. Not units shipped, not conversion rate. Whether a dog got up this morning and went where they wanted to go.

Everything else we do sits downstream of that one question.

Not units shipped. Whether a dog went where they wanted to go.
The measure
Forty near identical listings is not choice. It is noise.
Clarity

Clarity

A bigger catalogue is not a better shop.

When you are worried about your dog, forty near identical listings is not choice. It is noise, and noise is what makes people give up and buy the wrong thing.

We would rather stock five things you can tell apart than five hundred you cannot.

Honesty

We will say no, even when it costs us the sale.

If your dog does not need a wheelchair yet, we will tell you. If something cheaper would serve you better, we will point at it.

The alternative is a return, a bad experience, and a dog who spent a fortnight in the wrong equipment. Nobody wins that.

We will say no, even when it costs us the sale.
Honesty
Anyone can ship a box. Choosing well is the product.
Guidance

Guidance

Choosing well is the product.

Anyone can ship a box. The part that actually matters is the twenty minutes before you order, when someone who knows the range looks at your measurements and tells you the truth.

That is the bit we are building the business around.

Does this make it easier to choose the right support?
The question behind every decision we make

How we measure it

A mission needs a scoreboard.

01

First time fit rate

The share of orders where the size was right without an exchange. The clearest signal that our sizing guidance actually works, and the number we watch hardest.

02

Time to a real reply

How long it takes a person, not an autoresponder, to answer a sizing question. Measured in hours, not business days.

03

Still in use at a year

Whether the equipment is still doing its job, or sitting in a garage. A sale that ends in a cupboard was not a good sale.

04

Orders we talked down

How often we pointed someone at something cheaper, or at their vet, instead of taking the order. We would rather this number went up.

Hold us to it.

If we get something wrong, tell us. Sizing guidance that missed, an answer that was not honest enough, a product that did not do what we said. We would rather hear it.
