What we can and cannot help with. We can help you choose a product, measure your dog, compare two options, fit what you bought and sort out a problem with an order. We cannot tell you what is wrong with your dog, how serious it is, or whether a product will improve a medical condition. Those are questions for your vet or a canine rehabilitation professional, and we will say so rather than guess.
