Our review policy.
Reviews are only worth reading if the shop behind them is honest about how they were gathered.
Reviews are requested by email after an order is delivered, and only from customers who actually bought the product. That is what the verified buyer label means.
No. We remove reviews that contain personal information, abuse or anything unlawful, and nothing else. A product with only glowing reviews should make you suspicious of the shop, not confident in the product.
No, because we cannot verify it. If you have feedback on something you bought elsewhere we would still like to hear it, just by email rather than as a review.
No. Another owner's dog is not your dog. Reviews are useful for durability, comfort and whether sizing ran true, and they are not a substitute for measuring or for veterinary advice.
