The Detail

The rear support frame we point large and giant breed owners towards. A big dog puts real load through a wheelchair, and a frame that is fine for a spaniel will flex under a shepherd or a rottweiler. This one is built for that weight.
Who it suits
Large and extra large dogs with rear leg weakness who still carry themselves at the front. If your dog is small or medium, one of our smaller frames will fit better and cost you less. Size down does not work well on a frame built for a big dog.

Getting the size right
This matters more on a large dog than on a small one, because the margin for error is smaller and the frame costs more. Measure before ordering using our measuring guide, and send us the numbers if you are between two sizes. We would rather check than have you send a heavy frame back.
Good to know
Some assembly is required. Large dogs often need longer than small ones to accept a frame, so plan for several short sessions rather than a first walk around the block.
